Here at Phil’s Automotive, we have been servicing Wayne and Monroe counties for the past 33 years. Phil started the business in 1979, with a single lift repair shop. Today the business has grown to a 7,000 square foot, 8 lift service facility. In addition to auto repair and service, we offer roadside assistance with 2 tow trucks on hand. We became a AAA Emergency service member in 1988 and continue to assist with roadside emergencies today. We also tow for many other organizations as well as privately. After completing his degree at Alfred State College in Automotive Service Technology, Phil’s son Mike joined the team in 2004. In 2007, we upgraded our facility with state of the art equipment and advanced diagnostic tools.

In 2016 Phil decided it was time to retire and spend more time with his wife and grandchildren. Mike has been running the shop since then and continues to provide the same great customer service that our customers have come to expect since 1979. Phil can be found still working in the shop part-time and continues to work with Mike consulting him on the nuances of operating the business. When are proud to say that Phils Automotive is a second-generation owned family business.

Our staff is made up of well-trained and experienced technicians and tow truck operators. They regularly attend training classes in order to keep up with the latest technology and advancements in the automotive field. We are very proud of how Phil’s Automotive has grown as a highly respected business and hope to continue to improve.
